How can I cancel my services with you?

The actual notice period depends on the initial contract term. Please take into account the following notice period:

  • One (1) business day, in the event of a contract term of one (1) month;
  • One (1) calendar month, in the event of a contract term of twelve (12) months or longer.

You can cancel your services through the NovoServe Client Area.
