When placing an order for a new service, the invoice you'll receive is based on prepaid. The invoice generated concerning the renewal of services includes a 14-day payment term.  The invoice will include the following information

  • Your customer details;
  • The services being charged (service description, including the service period);
  • Our company details (address, VAT registration number, bank details).

We would consider you an individual consumer (private customer) if you did not submit a valid VAT registration number. We are charging VAT to individual consumers who are located within the EU.

We would consider you a business customer if you submitted a valid VAT registration number. We are not charging VAT to business customers that are located outside the Netherlands.

Your VAT registration number is mentioned on your invoice.
