When you received this email alert from our automated system, we detected a failed disk in your server.
Impact/ Risk
This is a critical alarm for RAID 0 which affects the operation of your server.
If you server is running disks in a RAID config, like 1, 5, 6, 10, there is less chance of direct impact.
Resolve actions
When a disk has failed, all data on the disk is lost and will be replaced with similar disk.
The replaced disk will be destroyed using e certified destruction proces via an outside vendor.
